Before you start
You must create a trigger program to which you want to assign the cart layout and add it to the decision tree for the trigger.
Add a cart layout to a chosen trigger program
Go to Automation > Triggers.
Select the Trigger Programs tab.
Select the trigger program you want to add a cart layout to.
For each Send stage in the trigger program, expand the Cart layout drop-down menu, and select the cart layout you want to assign to that stage.
If you have access to the Triggered SMS module, you can select an SMS channel and a cart layout suitable for SMS.
Set a cart layout for every send stage in the program and select Save.
