To test your site integration:
Select the Account menu icon then go to Settings > Website Settings > Test Website Integration.
For Script Test, enter the URL of the website you want to test .
Select Test.
Personalization runs the test and tells you whether the script is present and working correctly.
If the test detects issues with the script, you see details of the problem and a suggested solution.
Troubleshooting
If the system can’t detect the Personalization script on the page, the page’s security settings may have prevented Personalization from rendering it.
To check whether this is the cause, select Open page in new tab, then select Test again. If this doesn’t work, contact Support.
